HOW CAN I BOOK OCCASIONS AT PARKLANE?
To book your events, please call (803) 465-7292 to schedule a visit. Our address is 7339 Parklane Road Columbia, SC 29223. Our hours are 9a – 9p daily.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN I HOST AT THIS VENUE?
Occasions at Parklane is open for booking family gatherings, weddings showers, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, banquets, and many other private events.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?
The facility comes with round tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware (plates, chargers, napkins), bar area with stocked glassware, caterer’s kitchen, furnished patio access, multiple televisions with cable, and wireless internet access.

IS THERE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY AT THE VENUE?
Yes. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp located in the back of the venue. There is also a wheelchair accessible bathroom which includes safety handles and plenty of space.
DOES YOUR VENUE OFFER SPECIALS?

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes. There is a $300 deposit required for each rental that must be paid alogn with signing our rental agreement.
HOW MANY GUESTS DOES THE VENUE HOLD?
The venue safely holds up to 100 seated individuals, but when the outdoor patio is in use, a higher count is permitted.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE ON-SITE PARKING?
There are an estimated 20 spaces on-site and an overflow parking area including an additional 40 spaces adjacent to the venue.
ARE THERE NEARBY HOTELS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS?
Yes. There are several hotels located within five miles from the venue.
